During the discussion, both Indian and Chinese delegations, led by Gourangalal Das and Hong Liang respectively, emphasized the need for a mutual approach to manage the Line of Actual Control effectively. This meeting, following the Special Representatives' deliberations in December 2024, aims to bolster diplomatic and military frameworks amid renewed optimism.
