A recent lawsuit filed by October 7 victims asserts that Hamas operatives are allegedly infiltrating American campuses, with evidence presented by rescued hostage Shlomi Ziv, who recounted terrorists showing him protest coverage at Columbia University.
The legal case, lodged at the New York Southern District Court, targets groups such as Within Our Lifetime, Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine, and individuals involved in campus activism allegedly linked to Hamas propaganda activities leading up to Ziv's kidnapping.
Ziv, abducted while working at an Israeli music festival, detailed his 246-day captivity until his rescue last year. The lawsuit outlines accusations against the Palestine Committee, linked to Hamas since 1988, involving financially-backed affiliates engaging in politically violent rhetoric and terrorist support.
