Among them is Champat Rai, Chief of the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, joined by a substantial group of dignitaries, raising the scale of this elaborate religious event.
This year's Shree Sita Ram Bibah Panchami will include a unique Tilakotsav ceremony for the first time, where 251 representatives from Janakpur will travel to Ayodhya with 501 distinguished offerings. The ceremony promises to enrich the spiritual significance of the event for attendees from both India and Nepal.
