Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, marked a significant cultural event on Sunday with a dinner celebrating Morocco as the guest of honor at the Sharjah International Book Fair. The occasion took place at the historic Al Nabooda House, situated in the Heart of Sharjah area.
On his arrival, Sheikh Sultan was welcomed by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Book Authority, alongside Morocco's Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, and several senior officials. The gathering featured prominent guests from the book fair.
In a heartfelt speech, the Ruler of Sharjah expressed gratitude to King Mohammed VI for Morocco's significant contributions to the fair. Moroccan Minister Bensaid praised the event's organization, describing it as a substantial success. The celebration concluded with exchanges of gifts and commemorative plaques.
