In a significant bilateral meeting in Abu Dhabi, President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE convened with Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. They discussed advancing cooperation and joint initiatives, following the President's recent official visit to Russia.
The meeting witnessed an exchange of greetings from Russian President Vladimir Putin, conveyed by Shoigu, alongside President Mohamed's own good wishes. Both leaders affirmed their dedication to bolstering the strategic partnership across multiple fields, reflecting a shared vision for future collaboration.
The discussions also covered various regional and international issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by prominent UAE officials, including Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, emphasizing the importance of these ties.
