The eighth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is set to launch on October 26, 2024, featuring a diverse suite of fitness activities aimed at promoting an active lifestyle among the city's residents and visitors. Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative underscores Dubai's ambition to be acknowledged as the world's most active city.
The month-long event challenges participants to engage in 30 minutes of daily exercise, transforming Dubai into a bustling gym with activities and events that cater to all ages and abilities. From October 26 to November 24, fitness villages and hubs will offer a variety of workouts, including in-person classes and mega-events at iconic landmarks, culminating in the popular Dubai Run along Sheikh Zayed Road.
