The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) has climbed to 5th position in the QS Arab University Rankings for 2025, marking a one-step leap from its previous year's ranking. This advancement underscores UAEU's standing as a leading academic institution in the Arab region.
The QS Arab Region University Rankings, first introduced in 2014, evaluate universities based on ten key indicators that address the unique challenges and priorities of regional institutions. These criteria include academic and employer reputation, faculty/student ratio, international research network, web impact, and staff qualifications, among others.
Prof. Ahmed Alraeesi, Acting Vice Chancellor, attributed the achievement to the dedication of UAEU's community, stating that the recognition reflects their commitment to offering world-class education.
