A day after his absence from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in Rawalpindi, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has called for a revolution, declaring that confrontation is inevitable. Gandapur asserted, "sticks will be met with sticks, bullets will be met with bullets." He got delayed at the Burhan Interchange and later announced the protest's conclusion, asking supporters to withdraw.

In Rawalpindi, PTI supporters clashed fiercely with police, following a call to action from party leader Imran Khan. The protest turned parts of the city into conflict zones under Section 144, reminiscent of past skirmishes. According to The Express Tribune, tension loomed heavy over the garrison city.

After a chaotic day, PTI announced future protest plans, winding down their Rawalpindi demonstrations. In a late-night video, Gandapur expressed grievances about the violation of their rights but stayed silent for national interest. He described how they were attacked with batons, gunfire, and tear gas, accusing the Punjab police of ongoing shelling. The protests resulted in over 50 injuries and three bullet wounds among their ranks. (ANI)
