The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum has revealed the third edition of the India-US Defense Acceleration Ecosystem (INDUS-X) Summit, set to take place in collaboration with Stanford University's Gordian Knot Center for National Security Innovation and the Hoover Institution, on September 9-10, 2024. Concentrating on 'Harnessing Investment Opportunities to Enhance Cross-Border Defense Innovation Ecosystems,' the summit emphasizes the pivotal role of private capital in the evolution of the defense innovation sector.

Announcing the event on X, the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum said, 'Strengthening US-India defence innovation! We're thrilled to announce the 3rd edition of the India-US Defense Acceleration Ecosystem (INDUS-X) Summit in collaboration with Stanford's Gordian Knot Center for National Security Innovation and the Hoover Institution.' The summit aims to enhance the relationships in defense innovation between Washington and New Delhi, bringing together leading defense policymakers from both countries.

The event also promises keynote addresses, panel discussions, and roundtable sessions, featuring leaders from the private and public sectors. Topics will cover strengthening advanced technology partnerships, funding defense innovation, and resilient supply chains. Additionally, the INDUS-X Tech Expo will showcase advanced technologies and innovations from defense and aerospace startups, attracting venture capital firms, academics, accelerators, and tech professionals from the Bay Area.
