Two people were critically injured following a blast that shook Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Hangu city, as reported by ARY News on Friday. The explosion occurred on Main GT Road, directly in front of the Vocational College in Hangu.
District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Khalid stated both injured individuals were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, where their condition remains critical. Post-explosion, law enforcement agencies promptly cordoned off the area, ARY News further reported.
A search operation is currently underway to ensure the safety of the surrounding vicinity. Authorities are investigating the cause of the blast and have ramped up security measures in the area.
