The eagerly anticipated Dubai World Cup 2025 is set to be a grand finale in horseracing's calendar. The 29th edition of the event will take place on April 5, 2025, at Meydan Racecourse, following an extended 16-meeting Carnival culminating in a week of Eid Al Fitr celebrations.

The new season kicks off on November 8, 2024, with the first feature race day, 'Festive Friday', happening on December 20. This event will headline the AED1 million G2 Maktoum Mile. January 24, 2025, marks 'Fashion Friday', showcasing the AED3.68 million G1 Al Maktoum Challenge, offering entry to the Dubai World Cup. Emirates Super Saturday on March 1, 2025, will feature the G2 Al Maktoum Classic.

Sheikh Rashed bin Dalmook Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Racing Club, emphasized the event's growth since its inception in 1996, attracting the best global participants. He also highlighted the addition of two extra racing days this season. Under Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's leadership, the Carnival has become a global celebration, combining racing with entertainment, fashion, and hospitality. A new Dubai Racing Carnival logo rebrand aligns with this modern vision.
