Mother Dairy unveiled 'Promilk', a new protein-enhanced milk product aimed at tackling protein deficiency in the Delhi-NCR region. Priced at Rs 70 per litre, 'Promilk' offers a substantial 40 grams of protein per litre, supplemented with vital minerals and vitamins A and D.
The company's Managing Director, Manish Bandlish, highlighted the product's role in addressing the nutritional gap, noting the widespread lack of protein awareness among the Indian population. The launch event underscored the urgent need for convenient nutrition solutions.
Initially targeting a production of 50,000 litres daily, the company is poised to expand beyond the NCR based on consumer response. The launch of 'Promilk' marks the beginning of a series of 'Pro' range products, including curd and paneer, set to hit the market in the coming months.
