Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services is making strategic expansions by acquiring a 60 percent stake in a burgeoning hospital located in Faridabad. The hospital carries an enterprise value of Rs 152 crore and is projected to commence operations in the next 6 to 10 months.
The acquisition deal was finalized in collaboration with MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Pvt Ltd. The new facility, poised to house 400 beds, will bolster Yatharth Hospital's influence across the Delhi-NCR region.
Moreover, Yatharth Hospital successfully bid for a super speciality hospital in Model Town, New Delhi, which can expand to over 300 beds. This acquisition strengthens their position by serving a diverse client base in the region.
