In a strategic move to expand its presence in the Delhi-NCR region, Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services announced it will acquire a 60% stake in a newly planned hospital located in Faridabad.

The healthcare provider revealed this acquisition plan on Wednesday, following approval from its board to proceed with the agreement alongside MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Pvt Ltd.

With this deal, Yatharth aims to operationalize the 400-bed facility in Faridabad within the upcoming 6 to 10 months, while also successfully securing control of a well-known super speciality hospital in New Delhi.
