Tragic Food Poisoning Incident in Muzaffarnagar

A ten-year-old girl has tragically died and four other family members are ill due to suspected food poisoning in Muzaffarnagar's Rampuri area, officials reported.
District Hospital Medical Officer Dr. Kartik Arora identified the deceased as Nikki, with four others—Karmvir (40), his wife Sangita (34), and their children Bulbul (12) and Vansh (6)—currently receiving treatment.
The family had consumed dal at home on Wednesday night and soon fell ill with symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting. Upon reaching the district hospital, doctors proclaimed Nikki had arrived deceased. Uttar Pradesh Minister Kapil Dev Aggarwal visited on Thursday to inquire into their condition and ensure they receive optimal care.
