Philips Announces Bharath Sesha as New Managing Director for Indian Subcontinent
Philips has appointed Bharath Sesha as the Managing Director for the Indian subcontinent, effective from September 1, 2024. Sesha brings over two decades of global experience and will oversee Philips' healthcare operations in India. He succeeds Daniel Mazon, who has moved to a global role at Philips' headquarters in the Netherlands.

Philips announced on Monday the appointment of Bharath Sesha as its new Managing Director for the Indian subcontinent. The move will be effective from September 1, 2024.
Sesha will oversee the company's healthcare business across India, including pivotal operations like the Philips Innovation Campus in Bengaluru, the Healthcare Innovation Centre in Pune, and Global Business Services in Chennai.
He takes over from Daniel Mazon, who served as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director until April 1, 2024, before transitioning to a global role in the Netherlands. With over two decades of international experience, Sesha's previous role was as Managing Director at Heubach Colorants India.
