Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj has announced a series of measures aimed at curbing the spread of dengue in the national capital. He has urged for public awareness announcements at metro stations, bus stations, and other transport hubs.

Bhardwaj stated that he has directed the health secretary to ensure that all government hospitals are equipped to handle dengue cases. He noted that if these directives have not been implemented, he will personally oversee the compliance.

The minister also criticized Lt Governor V K Saxena, alleging that he is behind major crises in Delhi, including a recent case at Asha Kiran shelter home where a shortage of medical staff was noted.
