Japan set a new record high for monthly visitors in July, official data revealed on Friday, as the weak yen drove a significant tourism boom.
The number of foreign visitors, including those for business and leisure, hit 3.29 million last month, surpassing the previous all-time high of 3.14 million in June, according to the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO).
