With more than three decades of experience in finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Baxi brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at Castrol India Limited and global corporations like British Petroleum and Andersen. His diverse background in financial leadership equips him to guide Nayara's financial strategies and operations.
CEO Alessandro des Dorides expressed confidence in Baxi's ability to lead, highlighting his sectoral expertise and strategic acumen essential for driving Nayara's future growth. Baxi's comprehensive skills in treasury, corporate governance, and risk management are expected to further bolster the company's position within the energy industry.
