General Dwivedi, speaking at the valedictory event of the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC-20) in Secunderabad, laid out a holistic roadmap aimed at transforming the Indian Army into a technologically advanced and self-reliant force, equipped to handle complex future challenges.
He urged a shift from a process-driven to an outcome-driven approach, aligning the Army's goals with national aspirations like Viksit Bharat by 2047. The ceremony celebrated the successful completion of the program by 167 officers, including international participants, underscoring the significance of strategic leadership in the armed forces.
