On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy accused Russia of manipulating a newly reached truce agreement concerning Black Sea shipping and energy sites. Despite an internationally mediated deal through the United States, Zelenskiy voiced concerns that Russia was distorting its terms.
In his nightly address, he alleged that Russian claims of linking shipping accords to sanctions against Moscow were false. He insisted that Ukraine remains committed to implementing the agreements.
