In a tragic incident in Rajasthan's Churu district, a 30-year-old woman named Nargis attempted suicide along with her young children, aged three and one. The attempt resulted in the deaths of the children, but Nargis survived.
The event unfolded on Sunday in Mainasar village, where Nargis jumped into a water tank with her daughter Alisha and son Ibrar. Both children tragically died, while Nargis was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities have arrested Nargis on charges of murder, with investigations suggesting that family issues may have driven her desperate actions, according to SHO Dilip Singh of Ratangarh police station.
