Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday officially opened the New Smart City Hospital and Pathology Centre in Jhansi, a notable development under the Smart City Mission.
During the inauguration, CM Yogi expressed his congratulations to the locals, emphasizing the state's growth from a region where life stalled after sunset to a progressive area aligning with India's rise as the fifth-largest global economy.
He further announced that Rs 32,000 crore worth of projects are underway in Sarojini Nagar, including a new convention centre and a Defence Corridor, spotlighting significant infrastructural advancements within the state.
