CleanMax and Osaka Gas Forge Joint Venture to Propel India's Green Energy Mission

CleanMax has teamed with Osaka Gas to create Clean Max Osaka Gas Renewable Energy Private Limited, a joint venture aimed at boosting India's transition to green energy. This partnership aligns CleanMax's renewable expertise with Osaka Gas' global influence, focusing on expanding India's commercial renewable energy capacity by 400 MW.

On Monday, CleanMax, supported by Brookfield, announced its collaboration with Osaka Gas Group to expedite India's shift to green energy.

The partnership gives birth to a new entity, 'Clean Max Osaka Gas Renewable Energy Private Limited' (CORE), set to revolutionize sustainable energy adoption in India.

With CleanMax's decarbonization proficiency and Osaka Gas' international reach, this joint venture aims for large-scale renewable solutions, starting with an initial portfolio of 300 MW in Karnataka.
