The Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), under the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, is addressing the longstanding need for a dedicated production and distribution unit in the region. This initiative promises to improve accessibility to assistive technology while simultaneously generating job opportunities for locals.
