Adani Green Energy Announces Leadership Transition: Amit Singh to Head International Energy Business

Adani Green Energy Ltd has announced that CEO Amit Singh will transition to CEO of the International Energy Business of the Adani Group from April 1, 2025. Ashish Khanna, currently holding this international role, will take over as CEO of AGEL. The transition supports the group's growth objectives.

In a strategic leadership transition, Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has declared that its CEO Amit Singh will step down from his role effective 31 March 2025, to lead the International Energy Business of the Adani Group. This aligns with the group's broader growth objectives.

Ashish Khanna, the current CEO of the International Energy Business, is set to assume the position of AGEL CEO starting April 1, 2025, bringing over three decades of international expertise in renewables and infrastructure sectors.

This transition is part of Adani Group's internal leadership planning and aims to bolster its international expansion ambitions, particularly in regions like MENA, where growth prospects are significant. AGEL remains a key player in driving India's clean energy transition.
