Speaking at a rally, Modi blamed parties like Congress, RJD, and JMM for Santhal Pargana's poverty and unemployment.
Modi intensified his address by pointing to the ongoing investigation involving Congress MP Dhiraj Prasad Sahu, linking it to a larger pattern of financial misconduct. He criticized JMM and Congress for alleged arrogance and claimed that they were indifferent to the residents' suffering.
