In an initiative spearheaded by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, a massive Padayatra will kick off on November 13 in Chhattisgarh to celebrate Janjatiya Gaurav Divas. The event, which will witness the participation of more than 10,000 MY Bharat Youth Volunteers, seeks to honor the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a revered figure in India's tribal history. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, along with other state ministers, will also join the march, underscoring the collaborative effort to spotlight the contributions of tribal communities.

This vibrant event will cover a distance of approximately 7 kilometers, starting from Komodo village and culminating at Ranjeet Stadium. Marked by cultural performances, the march aims to enhance the appreciation of tribal heritage, featuring tribal dances and exhibitions that reflect the rich cultural legacy. The ceremony will open with a tree plantation, aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' initiative, symbolizing the commitment to both environmental and cultural preservation.

Exhibitions during the event will highlight historical tribal movements and craftsmanship, providing a platform for exploring the profound impact of tribal communities on India's independence and cultural richness. As part of a broader initiative celebrating 75 years of the Indian Constitution, MY Bharat will host a series of such events nationwide, fostering a deeper understanding and respect for India's diverse cultural tapestry.
