Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a fierce critique of the Congress party and its allies during a rally in Gumla, Jharkhand. He accused them of not recognizing the potential of Adivasis and holding back the state's development. Modi praised the talent and dedication of the tribal community, noting their significant representation in his government's ministerial positions.
PM Modi reminded attendees about the opposition Congress's attempts to prevent Droupadi Murmu, a tribal leader, from becoming India's President. He expressed that similar disrespect was shown towards former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren. Modi emphasized that such incidents highlight that Congress and its allies cannot see tribal leaders at the forefront.
The Prime Minister also outlined key schemes initiated by the NDA government, such as the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana and Ayushman Bharat Yojana, stressing Jharkhand's central role in these initiatives. He reaffirmed the BJP's commitment to the mantra of 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas,' while accusing Congress of attempting to disrupt the unity among tribals, OBCs, and Dalits.
