Pune-based solar solutions provider Ecozen is gearing up for a significant leap in its growth trajectory by planning to raise USD 75 million. The company's CEO, Devendra Gupta, revealed that this private investment will drive expansion, forge partnerships, and facilitate customer financing.
The capital will be primarily utilized to boost Ecozen's production capabilities, diversify its range of clean energy products, and expand its footprint within India and internationally. Gupta highlighted that the company already boasts a substantial production facility of 1 lakh square feet.
Ecozen is making strides in the retail and mobility sectors, launching advanced freezer solutions and integrating expertise in motor controllers and battery analytics to enhance electric vehicle performance. Currently operating in over 13 countries and across 13 Indian states, the company is poised for further expansion.
