Two Indian nationals tragically lost their lives while two others sustained injuries following a tipper accident in Nepal's Sankhuwasabha district, according to local police.

The tragic incident occurred in the Fyaksinda Dobhan area of Makalu rural municipality on Wednesday. The victims have been identified as Shailendra Pratap Singh, 57, and Saruk Mohamad, 29. Both were laborers working on a hydropower project in Nepal.

The tipper, which bore an Indian number plate, was damaged in the accident. The injured workers are also Indian nationals and are currently receiving treatment at a government hospital in Sankhuwasabha.
