On Thursday, security-related warnings were issued impacting 20 domestic and international flights of IndiGo Airlines. The airline confirmed that all passengers were safely disembarked and emphasized close coordination with authorities as standard procedures were executed to ensure safety.

In addition to IndiGo, Air India and Akasa Air also received security threats. Air India officials reported that threats were communicated via social media on October 24, 2024. Procedures were promptly followed in line with regulatory guidelines to guarantee passenger and crew safety, highlighting the company's priority on security. Meanwhile, Akasa Air stated that their emergency response teams are actively managing the situation, maintaining compliance with all safety protocols alongside local authorities to safeguard travelers.

Goa's Dabolim and Manohar International Airports were placed on heightened alert following bomb threats directed at four incoming airplanes. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu assured additional safety checks without inconveniencing passengers and stated efforts are underway to identify the threat sources, potentially adding them to a no-fly list. Continuous collaboration exists between the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and the Ministry of Home Affairs to address these threats effectively.
