Union Minister Sanjay Seth has declared that India is on the brink of achieving self-sufficiency in its defence sector. During his visit to the Punjab Regimental Centre in Jharkhand, Seth highlighted the significant progress the country has made in defence capabilities.
Addressing the audience during the Dussehra arms worship ceremony, the Minister of State for Defence reaffirmed India's commitment to advancing its defence technology. The historical Regimental Centre, one of the oldest in the Indian Army, played host to the official event, illustrating a deep connection between tradition and innovation.
As part of the visit, Minister Seth engaged with Agniveers, sharing sweets and festive greetings, further strengthening camaraderie and morale among the troops. Brigadier Sanjay Chandra Kandpal, Commandant of the Centre, officially welcomed the minister and accompanied him throughout the event.
