The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), an integral arm of the Indian Railways, has issued a call for bids to lease significant office spaces within the Operational Building at Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi. This development falls under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Division within the Northern Railway Zone. Encompassing 8871 square meters across the first and second floors, the available office areas are set for a 60-year lease, with reserve prices pegged at Rs 153.10 crore for the First Floor and Rs 162.97 crore for the Second Floor.

Strategically located alongside the main approach road south of Safdarjung Railway Station, the building boasts excellent connectivity throughout Delhi. It is flanked by prominent landmarks, including Kaushal Bhawan and Hotel Leela Palace to the East, the Railway Board Bungalows and Charak Palika Hospital to the West, Delhi Government Apartments at New Moti Bagh to the South, and Railway Tracks with Railway Officers Flats to the North.
