In a stride towards digital efficiency, Assam's Department of Housing and Urban Affairs (DoHUA) conducted its first fully online departmental review meeting. Chaired by Ashok Singhal, the Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, the session utilized the innovative Unified Portal.

Held at the Minister's office in Janata Bhawan, Dispur, the meeting was attended by Commissioner and Secretary Kavitha Padmanabhan and senior officials. The digital assembly underscores Assam's commitment to technologically advanced governance.

Minister Singhal directed vertical heads and portal developers to maintain up-to-date uploads, encouraging transparency through real-time updates accessible to field officers for enhanced operational transparency and accountability.
