Kundan Green Energy has further expanded its hydropower capacity with the commissioning of a new 10 MW project in Himachal Pradesh. This latest venture raises the company's operational capacity in hydropower to an impressive 85 MW.

The project, executed at a cost of Rs 75 crore, was awarded by the Himachal Pradesh government in 2022, marking the company's seventh such venture in the state.

The company's overall functional capacity now stands at 120.5 MW, inclusive of solar and wind projects. In a significant move, Kundan Green Energy received approval in April to establish a 42 MW hydropower project in Uttarakhand.
