Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath hosted the 'Janta Darshan' program at Gorakhnath Temple on Friday, engaging with children by handing out chocolates and addressing public grievances. The event drew a significant crowd, predominantly women, as attendees awaited their turn.

Since assuming office in 2017, Adityanath has prioritized direct interaction with citizens through this initiative, aiming to swiftly resolve complaints. Meanwhile, in Haryana, he addressed rallies, lauding the 'double-engine government' for infrastructure and economic growth. He drew attention to developments achieved without corruption and highlighted the abrogation of Article 370 as a symbol of change.

Campaigning in Kurukshetra on Thursday, Adityanath emphasized the transformative impact of the government's efforts, particularly against the drug trade, labeling such elements as modern-day 'demons.' Haryana is set for its legislative assembly elections on October 5, with results announced on October 8, as political dynamics hinge on these elections.
