ITC Hotels has unveiled the fifth branch of its celebrated Southern Indian cuisine brand, Avartana, at ITC Maurya in New Delhi. The restaurant, already a success in various regions like Chennai and Kolkata, now graces the northern capital with its unique offerings.

According to Anil Chadha, Chief Executive of ITC Hotels, Avartana represents a blend of passion and innovation. 'We are thrilled to bring the fifth Avartana to Delhi. Known for its acclaimed culinary artistry and prestigious accolades, the restaurant continues to redefine dining experiences,' he stated. Avartana is listed in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and is celebrated for its creative take on Southern Indian gastronomy combined with modern techniques.

Avartana's menu offers an intriguing journey through Southern Indian flavors, with offerings like Anika, a 13-course theatrical menu, and Jiaa, an 11-course experimental fusion experience. The restaurant's interior reflects Southern India's landscape, utilizing elements like banana leaves and brass patterns, creating an elegant yet traditional atmosphere.
