Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar and Congress MLAs met with Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav at the CM residence in Bhopal on Tuesday to discuss a range of state and regional issues aimed at the overall development of the state.

After the meeting, CM Yadav told ANI, 'Today, the Leader of Opposition and Congress MLAs visited the CM's office. We had a constructive discussion on various state issues. A positive opposition is crucial for the state's development. We reviewed numerous projects undertaken by the state government. District collectors have been instructed to survey crop damage and enhance Gaushala facilities. Municipal corporations should also build cow shelters.'

'Efforts are being made to position Madhya Pradesh as a leading state in milk production. A state delimitation commission has been formed to redefine district, division, and tehsil boundaries in the future. We will seek suggestions to address local issues,' the CM added. 'Congress MLAs have committed to contributing to state development. All MLAs should draft Vision documents for their constituencies, and we will support them equally. Under PM Modi's leadership, we aim to double the state's economy within five years and make MP a top development state in the country.'

CM Yadav also assured that the government welcomes positive suggestions from all quarters. Opposition Leader Singhar highlighted issues such as deteriorating law and order and atrocities against Dalits, tribals, and women. He urged immediate action against incompetent officers and stressed the need for a survey and compensation for damaged crops.
