CM Mohan Yadav Prays at Baba Baidyanath Dham Ahead of Jharkhand Polls

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav offered prayers at Baba Baidyanath Dham in Jharkhand's Deoghar district on Monday. The Baidyanath Dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in the country and is seen as a sacred abode of Lord Shiva.
"Today, I come to the pilgrimage spot of Baba Baidyanath Shiv Shakti, Deoghar, and offered prayers. Ahead of the Jharkhand assembly polls, BJP's Parivartan Yatra is underway in Jharkhand, and one of the six yatras will culminate in Dumka. I wished to take Baba Baidyanath's blessings," said Yadav. He expressed hope that the public will vote for the BJP to facilitate Jharkhand's development and that the party would gain power.
"I hope we will walk hand in hand with the Prime Minister for Jharkhand's development and good governance, forming a double-engine government. I believe the public will support BJP for shaping all developmental possibilities," the chief minister said. Jharkhand is set for its 81-member legislative assembly elections by December 2024. The Election Commission has not yet announced the schedule. (ANI)
