Equirus Group Acquires Strategic Stake in Raghnall Insurance Broking

Equirus Group, a prominent player in financial services, has secured regulatory approval to acquire a strategic equity stake in Raghnall Insurance Broking, a company pioneering in insurance and risk management. The partnership aims to redefine India's insurance landscape by achieving a Gross Written Premium (GWP) of INR 1,000 crores by FY28, with an immediate target of INR 400 crores for this year.

This strategic alliance leverages Equirus Group's extensive experience in investment banking, wealth management, and risk advisory, combined with Raghnall's specialized expertise in insurance broking. Together, they plan to offer a comprehensive suite of financial products designed to optimize risk management and fuel financial growth.
