Income Tax Department Launches Special Drive for Grievance Resolution in J&K
The Income Tax Department in Srinagar will conduct a special drive in early October to address taxpayers' grievances in Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative, led by Principal Commissioner Vikram Sahay, aims to provide a platform for taxpayers to resolve issues such as duplicate PAN and e-Nivaran queries.

The Income Tax Department in Srinagar is set to launch a special drive in the first week of October to address grievances of taxpayers in Jammu and Kashmir. This initiative aims to provide a platform for taxpayers to raise concerns related to income tax matters, offering timely resolution to their issues.
The drive will be conducted in two phases, from October 3 to 5 and October 7 to 10, at the Aaykar Bhawan in Rajbagh. The camp will be supervised by Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, J&K, Vikram Sahay.
According to Sahay, the department is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with taxpayers. By offering a dedicated platform for grievance resolution, the initiative aims to enhance taxpayer satisfaction and ensure a smoother tax filing experience. The drive will focus on resolving issues including rectification of assessments, duplicate PAN problems, and e-Nivaran queries.
