The State Disaster Rescue Force (SDRF), in collaboration with Uttarakhand police, successfully rescued 13 passengers after their vehicle crashed near Gaurikund on the Shri Kedarnath Yatra route in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, on Wednesday.

Upon receiving an emergency alert about the incident, an SDRF team led by Inspector Karna Singh swiftly arrived at the scene. Working with the district police, they managed to evacuate 13 individuals, including one child, from the vehicle that had plunged into a ditch.

The passengers, who were pilgrims traveling from different states to Shri Kedarnath Darshan, are now safe. However, one individual remains unaccounted for and the search operation by SDRF continues. Further information is awaited.
