The family of 22-year-old Akshat Garg, who died in a collision with a car driving on the wrong side near Cyber City in Gurugram, has raised questions about the police investigation. Relatives claim they were not contacted and expressed frustration over the release of the accused driver.

Mayank Garg, Akshat's elder brother, criticized the police handling of the case, noting that such a significant incident did not lead to immediate legal action against the accused. He lamented the lack of communication from the investigation officer following the deadly accident that occurred on September 15 at around 6 AM.

Mayank further revealed that the police had promised to act based on the accident report but have since been unresponsive. The family demands a swift and thorough investigation, suspecting potential delays might allow the accused to evade justice. Police officials state legal action has been initiated and blood samples of the accused are being analyzed for alcohol traces.
