Hundreds of devotees gathered Saturday at the Charbhujanath temple in Mewar for the annual Jaljhulani Ekadashi fair, which coincided with Bhadrapad Shukla Paksha Ekadashi. The event also marked the final day of the three-day Lakkhi fair. A child form of the Lord was seated in a golden palanquin and ceremoniously brought to Dudhtalai, where a royal bath was administered in the presence of the gathered devotees.

A devotee shared the significance of Jaljhaulani day, noting that it is a once-a-year event when Char Bhuja Nath is paraded to Dudhtalai. 'The day holds great importance as it brings together several devotees to celebrate. Everyone should experience this at least once in their lifetime,' the devotee stated.

Another devotee emphasized the annual anticipation and emotional significance of the Jaljhulani fair, describing it as a source of inner peace. 'We look forward to this celebration all year. When Thakur Ji receives his royal bath, it makes the devotees feel on top of the world. I have never seen a celebration like this anywhere,' added the devotee.

'The Raj Bhog aarti is performed, followed by Thakur Ji's royal bath. We have been observing this tradition for many years. On this day, devotees also engage in purchasing silver and gold jewelry,' noted another participant. Recognized as Parivartini Ekadashi, this occasion also involves the worship of the Vamana incarnations of Lord Vishnu and Lord Ganesha.
