Uttarakhand CM Celebrates Ganesh Mahotsav, Highlights Sanatan Culture and Hindi Pride

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the Ganesh Mahotsav organized by the Ganesh Mahotsav Seva Samiti Bharuwala Grant Clementown at Shri Shiv Raghunath Temple in Dehradun on Saturday. CM Dhami emphasized the significance of Lord Ganesh in the Sanatan tradition, noting the government's efforts to promote and preserve Devbhoomi's Sanatan culture.
Dhami shared, 'In the Sanatan tradition, it is customary to invoke Lord Ganesha before any auspicious event. By Ganesh's grace, we all stay energetic. Our government is dedicated to promoting Sanatan culture and maintaining Devbhoomi's original form.' He also shared images on social media, highlighting his prayers for the state's well-being and prosperity.
Earlier on Saturday, CM Dhami participated in 'Hindi Diwas Samaroh-2024' organized by Uttarakhand Bhasha Sansthan in Dehradun. During the event, he released 'Uttarakhand Ki Lok Kathayen' and underscored Hindi's role in uniting society. Dhami praised Prime Minister's efforts to establish Hindi globally and urged the collective responsibility to uphold Hindi's pride.
