Ukraine Accuses Russia of Missile Attack on Grain Vessel

Ukraine has accused Russia of targeting a grain vessel with a missile during an overnight assault. However, the Romanian Naval Authority clarified that the vessel was not within their territorial waters.

"All I can tell you about the ship in question at the moment was that it was not in our territorial waters," stated Irina Puscasu, the spokesperson for the Romanian Naval Authority, in a comment to Reuters.

Puscasu further noted that no assistance had been requested from Romania regarding the incident.
