Bharti Airtel Launches Fixed Deposits Marketplace via Airtel Finance

Bharti Airtel has launched a fixed deposits marketplace under its digital wing, Airtel Finance. Partnering with leading NBFCs and small finance banks, the marketplace offers assured returns and fixed-income investments through the Airtel Thanks App, featuring competitive interest rates up to 9.1% per annum.

Bharti Airtel launched a fixed deposits marketplace on Monday under its digital platform, Airtel Finance. The new service is supported by partnerships with prominent NBFCs and small finance banks.

This marketplace allows Airtel Finance to offer an assured return and fixed-income investment option. Built on the Airtel Thanks App framework, it promises attractive interest rates of up to 9.1% per annum.

Anshul Kheterpal, Chief Business Officer at Airtel Finance, emphasized their collaboration with leading banks to provide a completely transparent, seamless, and digital experience. Customers can manage fixed deposits directly from the Airtel Thanks App without needing a separate bank account and with a minimum investment of Rs 1,000. Additionally, Airtel Finance offers withdrawal options available anytime after seven days, addressing liquidity concerns.
