Arnya Realestates Raises Rs 375 Crore in Maiden Debt Fund

Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors, an investment management firm, raised Rs 375 crore in its maiden debt fund targeting the real estate sector. Founded in December 2023, the firm offers debt, rental, and equity investment products. The fund aims for a total corpus of Rs 1,000 crore, focusing on Tier 1 developers in India.

Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors announced Monday it has secured Rs 375 crore in its debut debt fund from a diversified pool of investors. The firm launched this fund in April 2024, aiming for a total corpus of Rs 1,000 crore.

According to the company, commitments came from family offices, UHNWIs, and HNIs. Sharad Mittal, Founder & CEO, said the successful first close is a testament to investor trust.

The fund, focusing on early-stage growth capital for residential real estate, targets Tier 1 developers in India's major cities. The firm is registered as a Category II AIF with Sebi.
