Incuspaze Expands Footprint with Massive Office Lease in Bengaluru

Coworking firm Incuspaze has leased 3.25 lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru's QUBE Software Park. The new facility will accommodate over 5,000 seats. This move is part of Incuspaze's strategic expansion in India, aiming to add 2 million sq ft of office space in the next 12 months.

Coworking giant Incuspaze has secured a 3.25 lakh square feet office space lease in QUBE Software Park, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru. This major expansion will provide over 5,000 seats to meet the surging demand for flexible workplaces.

This follows their recent lease of 1.56 lakh square feet in Bengaluru's Whitefield area. The strategic location in Outer Ring Road is favored for its vast land parcels, proximity to IT talent, and well-established residential hubs, according to Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner at Incuspaze.

Founder and CEO Sanjay Choudhary highlighted the expansion as a key move to foster innovation and a growth-oriented ecosystem. Incuspaze, established in 2016, currently operates 4 million square feet of space across 44 locations in 18 cities and aims to add another 2 million sq ft in the next year.
